Hmm!? So, let me get this straight...

...von Hagens-das wants to go to jail, and his chosen method is to cut people up in public.....

....or am I missing something?

A worthy addition to the "worst venue for a first date" thread.

The man is a nutter - if you want to get locked up then do the ton round the M25 at three in the morning, much more fun than slicing up a stiff.
The audience must be full of nutters as well.

Anyone here have a burger van? I dare you to offer to do the catering.

Having had an autopsy described by a nursy type friend, not that I let her finish the story , why the hell would anybody except medical students want to see one live!?!

Just your daily portion of cynicism cake I think.

He just needs additional publicity and exposure for his exhibition.

I think the report is wrong about the C4 screening time, I heard them say (on TV yesterday) that it was after midnight and would not be listed in the schedules....

19:00 would put right in the middle of my dinner..

Friend of mine went to see the exhibition when it first opened, she said it was really interesting. Most of it sounded genuinely good, but some of the things she described were a bit OTT for me, put me right off the idea of going to see it.

I've been to see the Body Worlds exhibition, and it's great - nowhere near as gruesome as you might think, and very educational. In fact, there was a group of student physiotherapists there. The guy certainly had a sense of humour to set it up in the middle of London's curry district though

Just saw the report on the news.

One spectator said "London's cold wet and boring, so this was something to do"

MY GOD, London cant be that bad can it?

Autopsy's, the next spectator sport? Imagine Murry Walking commemtating.

I personally dont see the big whopla. Anyody who's worked on a farm and had to make some food for the dogs will have seem it all before, same with anyone who goes fishing or hunting. Aint something I enjoyed doing, but it was bloody interesting and not so bad once you got the head and skin off.

On the inside we aint all that different from animals.

Yes I know this was a person, but it isnt anymore, and if they gave their consent before the died, then that's fine by me.
I certainly wont be going to see it, that's for sure!!!!
