Rather than what to buy, is this a good car to sell?

Have the chance to get this fairly cheap and was thinking of buying it to sell on.

I reckon I could probably get about £4500 for it privately but will people buy a small Auto?
I know I'd prefer a manual if I was buying one of these, do you think it'll be hard to shift?

Urrgh! A 1400cc Automatic? It must be embarassing being done by Fiat Panda's and Scooters at the lights!

Seriously though, value for money as a potential profit you could do well. On the flip side, that engine and gearbox combo will seriously limit your potential customer base (to the over 90's mainly).

Yes you may make some money on it, but it might also be sat on your drive for several months.
