NO way is a Ferrari 360 14's, I would say 12's.
I have an BMW M Coupe and I could do better with launching and I saw 13.4 on a few occasions......

er, the fastest i've ever seen a 360 run down Santa Pod is 14.4... or 0.2 seconds slower than a freinds corsa!
and i live about 2 miles away and there most weekends in the summer!
incidently if you take the run by the Boxster S, that was the same as the corsa (14.2) he had a top speed about 6mph faster, suggesting that it was his sheer power that got him the time, ie, the corsa can get a better start?
considering the astra can piss all over the corsa off the line (but loses out on power), that suggests i should be able to have a Boxster S to about 1/8th mile!
where are those times from btw? would be interested to see if they were "real world" times, or times acheived by a test driver on a test track.

Seems a little pointless to me. It's such a short distance that most decent powered cars are hardly getting into their stride when it's all over. Plus it destroys transmissions. Make it a rolling start and one mile long, then it would differentiate cars much clearer.
The quarter mile always has been the benchmark by which power/weight/speed can be judged in real terms.
Rolling start? Are you American?

I doubt many owners can drive them properly, most seem to bog down (not sure if 360 F1 has launch control?) or get too much wheel spin. I actually remember one clown in a 996 GT3 accidently launching in reverse (!) one time, which goes to show not everyone can get the best out of their car even in a straight line, no matter how much money they have.
heres the best motoring test of the 360 manual running 12.439
www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbcd9Yj4Z5w
and again this time a 12.392
www.youtube.com/watch?v=kytZUxOjtjc
BMI again but this time with a 360 with F1 trans, only runs 12.919

against an RS4 with F1 transmission (no time shown)

360 vs R34 Skyline, Skyline runs a 12.7 I think, so 360 a little behind that
www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaXF8cYQSz4
360 (not a CS despite what title says) vs Gallardo, 360 runs 13.65

A Nova/Corsa slaughtering a 360 (you'll like this one )

360 vs E55, sounds like the 360 has an aftermarket exhaust, sounds like it runs a 12.4(?)

360 vs turbo Lada, no time given
www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKkzmBLhtig
here's a slow 360 running a pathetic 14.97 against a TT
