Never mind the owners (not that they don't matter) What about the people who make the cars for them to enjoy.

If they are skilled - the Engineering staff could work for an OEM or supplier.

Those who assemble the cars could try to get jobs assembling cars in Liverpool, but there is an abundance of people there laid off from Vauxhall. So I should imagine the motor trade in some capacity, or the dole.

If Peugeot at Coventry are anything to go by, they'll all be working in call centres in a couple of months. SCT, or something close. (think HAL in 2001)

Why don't they club together and carry on doing what they already have been doing.
The cars will still need rebuilding, repairing, servicing etc, and they have the necessary skills.

Someone need to club together, retain as much of the staff and carry on. The fact of the matter is the the concept's sound. I may have to find the biggest complete TVR badge I can and change the Union Flag to the Hammer and Sickle.
