My New Fleet Addition - Coming Out Pics

I posted my purchase of this about a week or two ago, but these are my first pics. I really believe these things look better in the flesh. Got the sports package, premium package (overpriced BMW options), 18" wheels, heated seats, top shelf sound system, etc, etc. and an SMG tranny. Rear windscreen was added yesterday after the pics were taken. Good deal for $26,500 / 30,000 miles.

The sports package (when you engage the magic button) and the 18" wheels repudedly give it a harsher ride, and it is compared to the XJS or F-150 I drive. However, it feels, IMO, what a sports car ride should feel like....in touch witrh the road. The run-flat tires do tend to tramline on any grooves in the road.

Love it Jim, they're a great car.I agree, always look better in the flesh but it looks mighty fine from where I'm sitting too

I really like the Z4 when compared to the Z3.

However, if the Z4 and the XJS were in a car park together, I would still have a good look over the XJS and probably not even notice the Z4 (yes, I am wearing comfy slippers).

Understood. The XJS is always a head turner around here. It is just the perfect mix of luxury with sportiness to be an enigma. My XJS is in pretty good finish, which makes it even more appealing.....she's my baby.

These 18" wheels came with the sports package here. Standards were 5 spoke 16 or 17"....or were you meaning something else?

That is temps on the Z4; permanents are about 30 days out.

Ah right, i assumed they were a standard choice because many of the cars on autotrader have them. My point was (considering i thought they were standard) that i particularly like them - the best wheels for a Z4
