Hi all,

Okay not a TVR but thought you might like to see pictures of what was on our dyno for the day !

For obvious reasons we can't give too much information, and nor could we take any close up pictures. But has certainly been a fun day helping the Sebah team test their LMP1 Le Mans racer.

Good to see all the long term dyno investment is paying off, they've had some really serious cars on there. that I know of:
apart from TVRs on a daily basis, Lamborghini's, some time ago a twin turbo dodge Viper, a famous classic Pontiac GTO, many race cars and many more very exotic machines, some interesting cars will be at the open day i'm told.
Good luck to these guys they really have worked for it.

Hi Harry,

it was running a JUDD V8 with six speed sequencial box.
I would love to tell you what power it made but not allowed but was spot on with what the JUDD engine technicians said it should be.

Whose chassis are they using? Is it an in-house design or from Lola et.al.?

That is so so cool. the Judd V8s sounded amazing at Le Mans, although not as good as the corvettes!

can i have your job?

That's interesting, correct me if I'm wrong my understanding is the only real difference now between LMP1 & 2 is the ACO changing the regulations to slow down the LMP2's to stop them embarrassing the factory LMP1's.

Basically. The official reason was to make LMP1 a manufacturer class, while LMP2 was for independant/customer teams. Then Henri Percasaolo (sp) and other made a bit of a fuss about being relegated to the second division as I understand it.
