I have no doubt that this is a repost but...

Have you seen this site www.chavplates.org.uk ? Have a wander round for a bit, enjoy yourself.

It's the comments that make it for me. For example...

This is Debbie Roberts.

We know this because under her number plate, for those that didn't recognise this pathetic efforts, she has her name printed.

Thanks for that Debbie, we needed the help as your numberplate is simply bks and very sad.

DVLA are a bit two faced.

Their web sites says if you intend to mess abouit with the layout then don't buy, then any plate starting K155 is 4-8 times more than any other single letter and three random digit plate.

Our American cousins call them 'vanity plates'. A far more accurate description than personalised or private plates I think.

Someone where I live has GBL 10N arranged as GB L10N... on a Prius, I will try and grab a pic of it for that site soon.

ETA, ive just done a vehicle enquiry, and got the following:
The vehicle details for GBL 10N are:

Date of Liability 01 05 2009
Date of First Registration 08 05 2007
Year of Manufacture 2007
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 1497CC
CO2 Emissions 104g/Km
Fuel Type Hybrid Electric
Export Marker Not Applicable
Vehicle Status Licence Not Due
Vehicle Colour BRONZE
Vehicle Type Approval M1
The information contained on this page is correct at the time of enquiry.
Vehicle Excise Duty Rate for vehicle
6 Months Rate £0.00
12 Months Rate £15.00

How does that work then? Surely you just tax it for 6 months confused

Isn't that because it 'says' "KISS" without having to mess about with the layout? confused

Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou for posting this site...

Earlier today I realised that the plate on my forthcoming S4 is RA03 ??? and thought that I could esily make this say "RACE" or "RAGE" now I think I'll just leave it after seeing the community of Twaatts I'de become part of.

The car has still been christened "The Rage" though

I still reckon he'll have some connection to the GB Lions rugby (doesn't excuse the plate of course).
