RIDICULOUS incident from Russia. Enjoy!

To give one a flavour, it involves a very large man bodyslamming a car windscreen, and then receiving retribution. Scary.

Mind you, if you'd just been beaten up at random, then the guy came back to finish you off, you'd want out of there as fast as possible. Looks to me like the car just dropped the clutch to get away, as would I. What was he supposed to do? Ask the guy nicely to get out of the way?

Fair play to the car driver.... Ok, it could have gone horribly wrong, and he could have killed the guy - but he didn't. Fatty got his payback, he'll probably think twice before "road-raging" someone again!

If that was indeed the case then red-shirt man he got what he deserved and the driver shouldn't be charged with anything IMO, plus red-shirt man should be paying for the damage to the car.

But there's probably more to it than that.......

recall some similair case, guy and his gf were in a car, bunch of thugs at the front using baseball bats to smash their way in and one of them lay down behind the car to stop the car getting away

driver could see nothing behind him, shoved it into reverse and floored it, the guy on the floor ended up in wheelchair and lost his case for damages

have to admit if someone done the same to me, would not care what happened to the guy bouncing on the windscreen

A few years ago during one of our many riots a mob tried to hijack a guy in an xr2 at gunpoint. The guy floored it, knocked down the armed hijacker and made his escape......as far as the police cordon a couple of hundred yards down the road, where he was promptly arrested and ended up in prison for a short stretch.The guy with the gun as never arrested.
To add insult to injury the police withdrew a while later leaving the guys car behind which ended up on it's roof in flames.
