Volvo S60 ride height / handling problem

Hi, I drive a Volvo S60 T5 in work and recently noticed real bad handling when taking a bend on the motorway at high speed. I struggled to keep it in two lanes so took it back to base and checked they tyre pressures again and found them to be ok, a little high but you'd expect that. \i noticed that the nearside was 7/8's of an inch lower than the offside so put it off thw road. It was checked out by workshops and they said there was nothing wrong with it and it's quite normal to have a difference in the ride height like this.
Any thoughts??

ETA: doesn't make sense now its been moved, I was under the impression RedHeads first name was Vijay. It made a lot of sense why Mike Gascoyne departed in that case

judging by your derogatory comments in most of your posts and the fact you put a Smart car link on your profile, I'm sorry but I just can't take your comment seriously. The Volvo has been tried and tested in my line of work for nearly 15 years now and has an outstanding record for reliability, performance, load capacity, safety and running costs.

The ride height is dictated by the spring though.

Bushes
Top mounts
Springs
shocks for any leaks

What is the mileage ?

I have to take their word for it that there's nothing wrong as I can't get it checked out myself but what I want to know is if there would be any discernible affect on the handling if the height was so diferent on each side?

A bend, at high speed ? Maybe nothing wrong with the car. Could be diesel. Oil. Water. Sand ?

Hi REDHEAD, didnt mean to offend, just having a bit of banter, I had a VOLVO 740 Estate that did stirling service for many years,and traveled over 300,000 miles, as for Smarts, love them to bits, had 7 so far, No they didnt break, they are FOC as Im sponsored by MB, like Lewis !!!!!;)
