Because thats what the top tax bracket pays at the moment. You only qualify for the higher bands if your car has been registered after 1st of March 2006.

The retrospective raping of cars registered before that has been "rolled back a year".

yeah that happened too with a SL Lambo I know. Comes up as BLACK!
