Repost or not, I'm all for driving safety and the video has a valid point, but is one of the scenes in that video maybe a bit specific? The one where the silver civic tries to overtake. What they're saying is don't overtake because the car you're overtaking might have to swerve to miss a dog, meaning he'll hit you, your car will flip over and just happen to hit presicely where the cute couple are sitting, crushing them. Oh and a car is coming the other way so the car being overtaken ends up hitting that as well. Who the hell thought of that?? Sounds like some far fatched nonsense from Casualty

More a case of expect the unexpected rather than pace though.

With a couple of exceptions, most of those clips do not involve speed, not even as a contributory factor, let alone the main factor. So many of the clips are people just not paying the slightest bit of attention to the road at all.

Sobering stuff though.
