But it has never decreased to the price it was when oil was sub $40 a barrel last time. 'Fuel is expensive because the dollar is weak, fuel is expensive because the dollar is expensive, it takes months to catch up when the price of a barrel drops, we have to raise the price of fuel; oil has just gone up. bla bla bla. The price of oil is low because nobody wants it, they can put up the price as much as they want, however the fact remains that still nobody wants it. Perhaps were not as daft as they make out.
