It simply says: the gatso went into service on monday and was out of service the wednesday after.

There is a certain disproportionate satisfaction about correctly predicting such outcomes, isn't there..

We Brits do tend to give the french a hard time but I think its is good how they stand up for what they believe in (although all those strikes can be a pain in the arse sometimes).

Will be interesting to see what happens as more cameras pop up around France. Perhaps we can learn from them.

You won't get a car tyre over a gatso - you need a truck or tractor tyre.

Ahem.. apparently...

Big tractor tyres are 'apparently' the best, particularly if they are still on the tractor and going at a rate of knots.

A normal tyre is sufficient, you don't put the tyre over the radar itself. This is the most efficient way:

Ah, so this is what you do if a GATSO gets iced up in winter?

Not really. This is what the call a 'dutch BBQ'. It happens a lot over here and since we showed it on belgian television last month, it's all the rage in Belgium as well.

Well done that man... that's about how I thought
it could be done..

Our Uk Gatso's mainly have a straight pole but
as we all know - heat rises..

Or an alternative method :

1. Kidnap local pikey
2. tie him to gatso
3. Tyres.
4. Petrol
5. Matches..

Hey presto - Paul Daniels..

Removal of 2 problems at once...
