Right, I am really, really bored. Sod all on at work.

So to pass the time, please tell me which car of the past would you like to see have the 'new mini/beetle/jag s type' treatment?

Personally, I'd like to see a modernisation of the Escort Mk1.

Rear wheel drive and lots of grunt please. Maybe chuck in a boxer engine- I think it might suit the character of the car.

second choice, I would like to see a 70s style Fiat/alfa/lancia. again with rwd and an angry engine.

anyone else?

I woul definately love the re-incarnation of the Escy Mk1 or 11 for that matter.

The 70's Lancia, aren't they producing a new Fulvia, retro styled, rear wheel drive coul dbe awesome, looks lovely too!

I'd love an updated version of the Jenson Interceptor too! But with a tad more power and MPG in double figures.

Another thing I would like to see is an affordable roadster with some Kahunas.

all we have at the mo is the MR2, MGF Barchetta and MX5

ready to be corrected if I'm wrong tho...
