Right, who'd like to do a slalom day this year. Caterham are looking at dates in March, April, May for us and we'd like to know if a Friday at Dunsfold would be of sufficient interest to book.

So, if you'd seriously consider doing a day, which would you prefer:

I voted for Dunsfold, but either would be great.

Same for me.

What sort of price are we looking at Ted?

I was chatting to a guy from Caterham at MPH03 who said he was involved in sorting out last years PH slalom days - was quite taken with the car, not least as I could actually fit in it! Any ideas on prices would be good, but Silverstone would be my preference.

would be interested in Dunsflod but not on a Friday so voted Silverstone.

It of course depends on exactly which friday. Perhaps I could work from home that day!

Silverstone on Saturday would be best (well for me anyway). Save the annual leave for things like Le Mans. Working from home is always an option though.

What is the odds of them bringing an SV model along?

Always find that I'm a bit too tall to fit into the standard size tubs. Always wanted to do one of these but would have really trouble driving the standard ones, and sure I'm not the only lanky one on here.

The one I tried for size at MPH03 wasn't a problem at all - could have done with some adjustment to the pedals to fit the size 14's down there but legroom seemed ok. How tall are you?

They brought an SV to the last two.

Mind you, none of the lanky gits and ... errr ... better built amongst us had problems in fitting in any of them.

Ok, Silverstone still looks favourite.

Looks like it could be May before we get a date though

More info tomorrow when I've spoken to Caterham again.
