Any PHers drive a Noble westbound M62, 5pm ish....?

I've seen this guy twice in the last week heading west on the M62 in the vicinity of "the little house on the prairie", a little after 5pm both times. It's a green Noble so surely a petrolhead of some sort?

I've no problem with people passing MLMs or twerps sat blocking lane 3 but this guy is cruising for an accident or dangerous driving charge if a plain car plod sees him - for as far as I can spot him in my mirrors and as far as I can see him into the distance he simply treats the (very busy) motorway as a slalom, all three lanes, tiny gaps. I'd actually say that it's worse than stuff I've seen on Road Wars.

If it is a PHer then they could do a lot worse than read Ten Pence Short's story - because when they do have a crash, regardless of fault (with the associated massive tailback) there will be a bloody great queue of people stopping to describe his driving to the rozzers. He'll be royally fked.

I have honestly never seen driving like it.

(And no, before anyone asks: he hasn't cut me up the indside or anything - I sit in lane 1 with the trucks, chilling out. As far as I can tell it makes no real difference to my arrival time).
