3 am convoy of V12,V10,V8,V6 ,boxer,rotary,max muppets big bores et al past Downing Street several times over several nights ......no sounding of horns ,that would be illegal

I think its a good Idea - whether they hear or not. Certainly cause a nuisence. Stop on Whitehall by Downing street reving engines during each run. 25-100 cars would certainly get noticed (especially a whole load of TVRs) - the rumble should shake him out of bed!

I personally would go the other way, get poop loads of people into London quietly.

Then, overnight simply start standing quietly in places such as outside Downing Street, Outside the Palace - you know big places.

And say/do nothing.

A peaceful, silent protest in my book says so much more than a loud one. the only way it work tho is if the number of silent protestors where huge, enough to make London silent (i.e. stop all traffic).
