IMO you'd be mad to consider it as anything other than a very long term project. Love em to bits but unless they're kept in top condition........

depends what you want it for, how many miles you do, your budget for servicing and running costs etc etc.

Personally I would buy a TVR S. In fact, I did.

That's the thing. It was (is) in pretty much perfect condition apart from the turbo not turboing.

mk 1 Cav, 2.0 16v engine producing about 220bhp... lowered+stiffened, big brakes, 205/55/15 Revolutions (possibly minilites), twin headlamps, custom built exhaust and stripped interior

or in other words what i'm working towards...
