Balgore Motors in Romford - Anyone used them?

As title says, I'm looking for some feedback from anyone who has used Balgore Motors in Romford. My insurance company said that I could use them - after I insisted on a Lexus authorised bodyshop.

Maybe its just me being quirky, but I just don't trust bodyshops that have flashy websites. I tend to place more faith in the 'old guy' who doesn't know what the internet is, to do a good job.

Used them for an insurance job on my S4.........wouldn't again.

Was really hoping this was going to be a "yeah they're great" thread to save me having to get quotes and missing out on a hire car.
