hehe You'd think if they were going to copy stuff they could at least pick something decent to copy. So far it seems to be just a variety of soft roaders and dull hatchbacks. I'd love to see what a Chinese knockoff 911 or Corvette would be like, I think it would be hilarious.

I can't believe how blatant these rip offs are getting, like that Toyota Aygo knock off thing.

Amazingly, these are actually "patent drawings". Surely that patent has already been applied in every other region of the entire world by an entirely different manufacturer. hehe.

Got to love their out and out brazen attitude to copyright. Even the logo is the same font...

Surely LR have patented it too or is it just that much of a waste of time in China ?

Understatement of the century! Some details have been deliberately altered (the trim on the wing not extending to the door, for example), but then other things have been copied verbatim - the door mirrors are a facsimile.

Any idea what the inside looks like? I have Googled but there are only external photos of it.

That is so 2010, where is their Macan copy? No wonder their economy is slowing down if they're copying old tat.

No need to copy when you have the rights to the real thing!

What with the JLR joint venture thingy over there taking shape will this mean that the Chinese g'ment actually do something about things this time as this will be encroaching on a Chinese company as well?
