EU tyre label doesn't match Autobild test results - why?
Discussion
Looking to buy some good value tyres as I may be selling the car in a few months, I prefer to look at test results rather than assume an expensive tyre is automatically good and cheap equals a ditchfinder. I noticed that a Nanking NS20 (only 7% worse than a Michelin Primacy in the Autobild wet braking test before people claim I have suicidal tendencies)outperforms Avon ZV5s yet has a worse EU tyre label rating. Does anyone know how the EU rating is arrived at and if it is likely to be more reliable than the Autobild test at http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/2012-Autobild... ?
