Engine flush, worth having done?

As part of the service on my 5 Series the garage (not a BMW specific garage, but a well trusted one) are offering an Engine flush. Its having the major service, oil changed, everything, is it worth doing? The car will probably have around 117-118k by that time... thanks.

Thanks, I've read a few horror stories, think I'll steer clear :-)

To be honest I intend to change the oil every year or 10,000 miles, whatever comes first so I think that will be enough.
