Hi guys,

I'm tearing my hair out over this. Just dropped off my alloys to be refurbished but I need to find out what colour they are (polished rim and a medium grey centre) :

I have spent 3 or 4 hours googling and searching the Saab boards trying to find a paint code but I have drawn a blank. I can't imagine ringing a Saab dealer will help given that the wheels haven't been sold for 20 years.

Does anybody have any bright ideas for tracking down the colour?

any use? super aeros aren't they?

"Dupli color #DSFM 225 X (Ford Medium Charcoal Metallic)--poifect match for OEM! The same color was used on Commemorative Edition directional wheels."

Failing that, WMSS might know.

Thanks for that - I'd heard that mentioned on saabnet but with no pics. It does look fairly close, although the gunmetal in the first pic is too dark IMHO.

In the end I just asked them to match them as closely as poss - they used "Old Anth Wet over Paramount" according to the invoice.

Came out OK!
