Lets see what excuses the government will try to fool us with as an attempt to cover up and continue on with the mistake of locating scameras for financial gain.

How Independant is it given it was done by a Government funded University? The figures also cannot be taken seriously until the whole report is read and analyzed to see how they were colleted.
