Grab a chance at a free Ariel Atom drive
Scare yourself silly in an Atom on a private track courtesy of PH and wish.co.uk
Well folks, the sun is out, summer might just be here, and so thoughts turn inevitably to having fun in cars (well they do in this office, anyway).
And what better way to celebrate a sunny day than to offer you, dear PHer, the chance to scare yourself witless in a 300hp Ariel Atom on a private track?
This is exactly what one lucky reader will have the chance to do, as we're offering a track session with an Ariel Atom 300, a private test track and your own instructor (aren't we nice?)
This offer comes courtesy of the experience day gurus at wish.co.uk and, to be in with a chance to win, all you need do is send us an e-mail with the subject line 'Ariel Atom' to competitions@pistonheads.com.
Please remember to include a contact e-mail address and phone number (which we will only use for the purposes of contacting you - not to pass on to any other parties) so that we can let you know if you win. The competition closes at 5pm on Monday 28th May, whereupon we will pick a winner at random from the virtual PH trackday helmet. So good luck!
The Atom experience can be redeemed at Elvington (York), Bruntingthorpe (Leicestershire) and Chobham in Surrey. The voucher is valid for 10 months. To do this experience, you must have a full UK driving licence and the minimum age is 18 years. The minimum height is 5'0", maximum height 6'5". Maximum weight is 19 stone. This experience is available on selected weekends and weekdays throughout the year.
Wish.co.uk is an experience day website that sells life-changing experiences such as driving days, flying experiences, spa days and afternoon teas. Every order comes with free and fast delivery. For more information, head over to wish.co.uk.

Amazing!
What an awesome competition! Fingers, toes and everything crossed...Although if I won I'd have to face the actual amount of driving talent I have (rather then the imaginary Stig-ness I think I am).

Those height/weight restrictions are a bit harsh, everyone on here is far taller and powerfully built.

Done.
Do you think they'll let me win this as well as the weekend with an Atom?
(If I don't win now I can only assume you chose to exclude me from the competition, and I'll claim some sort of discrimination)

Dr Interceptor said: I'm 6' 5.5" - damn you that extra half an inch! Height and weight limits for events like this are just warnings/guidelines - if you show up and you don't fit the car, you can't complain. Otherwise you'd get 7' basketball players and 25st 'powerfully build company directors' turning up and b hing how they can't get into the car. I'm just over 6'5" and I fit an Atom (it's snug but I fit) wheras I can't even get into the passenger seat of a Caterham so there you go. If you're sure you'll fit or are happy to miss-out if you don't - dive in.
