Jools Holland - anyone record it?
Discussion
Anyone see KT Tunstall on there at the weekend? I had to scrape my jaw off the floor - an incredible performance.
Anyway, I don't have a video recorder and I'd love to see it again. I know its a long shot but if anyone has taped it and can capture it to an MPEG/AVI/MOV, and be willing to send it to me or host it, it would make my day....
She has a website if you want to know more;

Following up on this, we went to see her at The Late Rooms in Manchester this Tuesday.
Possibly best gig I've ever been to.
Astonishing talent. Her voice can go from angelic whisper to down-right dirty and everything in between. She's also smart, funny and super sexy and MAN she can play the guitar. All this and she was suffering from the flu (kept having to glug honey and cold water to keep her voice)
Take it from me - you will be hearing a lot more about her in the future.

I still remember that performance, indeed the next day I was looking for a CD by herself, but alas there is only the EP
I would have loved to see her live in concert, but although Gateshead has the Sage (big music hall which is going to be home to the British Orchestra IIRC) bands / artists tend to completely ignore all the venues up here. Or rather most of the venues don't book people like her.
Crying shame when you get bands playing Leeds and Edinburgh but no-where in between as "Leeds is up North isn't it?". Some bands don't even get past Manchester

She played that track on the night. Absolutely gob-smacking performance.
Its going to be on the album - the release date was put back because they've managed to get the recording from the JH show and include it.
