Sorry I was referring to the GTS-they are falling fast residually, an 80,000 miler was offered privately for low 40's recently
All the Cars on offer are artificially priced by OPC' with guarantees to maximise the price
Think about 30-35 K in a couple of years, without OPC protection as long as they are bog standard...
This seems an entirely unfounded statement. I'll admit I have a horse in this race (though I'm in Sweden, mind you), but even if a single car with 80k miles(!) was offered for that sum recently, it represents an outlier rather than a general price development; every other car is around the 60k mark, and are certainly not 'all offered by OPCs'. The fact that OPCs are still buying cars and offering them for sale should bode well for the residuals of the car. The idea that these could be at 30k in two years is possible; no one knows and they are certain to fall harder and faster than the GT3 and the like. But based on the above that's nothing but conjecture. All the Cars on offer are artificially priced by OPC' with guarantees to maximise the price

Prices don't seem to be going anywhere at present, and we are in winter when prices normally drop somewhat.
As for where values will be in a 2 or 3 years, who knows. As ever, spec/mileage will play an important part in such value. To me, the GTS has to have alcantara interior & the centre lock wheels, to set it apart from a standard carrera 4 with power pack.

I would not describe the GTS as a classic no matter what the spec. All the Cars on offer are artificially priced by OPC' with guarantees to maximise the price

If you combine the 2wd & 4wd sales together over the 2 years then the total sales at 122 cars makes the GTS manual rarer than the GT3 and GT3RS !
I wonder how many didn't have the rear seats fitted as a no cost option?
It also shows that even in a car that Porsche are pointing in the direction of 'sportier' and 'sitting between the S and GT3' for the ultimate road driving experience, that most customers still buy PDK. I guess it does show very clearly where the market has gone with regards to gearboxes. Does anyone know if this is specific to the UK (and USA) markets or does Europe and ROW buy into the PDK in greater volume as well?

OP's car looks great to me. I think that the final touch (and to really set the 'love it or hate it' debate alight) would have been a cocoa rather than black interior.
Not a popular choice for many but I think it can be a classic combination with either a white or GT silver exterior ...
