I'm in the market for a 991.2 manual T if anyone is considering selling. Must have rear seats and Porsche warranty.
Here you go, over 2 yrs Porsche Warranty no less…https://rpmtechnik.co.uk/porsche-sales/vehicle/991...

Thanks and “snap”. I was a bit worried coming from track based Caymen how I’d find the 911. But a thorough test at PEC revealed the T would be an excellent replacement for the GT4 so no regrets. I loved how controllable it was on the limit and that LSD makes it easy to play with a bit of oversteer. Nice! Early days of course but I think bar a potential brake upgrade at some point this one is just about perfect.
I went from GT4 to 992T and loved it, the T is a fantastic daily drive. Saying that, the T will Be going soon as am heading back in the Cayman direction… maura said:

It’s interesting people’s preferences on colours.
I always thought the T was best in the flat more basic motorsport colours like red, white or yellow.
I’m a big fan of GT silver but l think you loose the T “details” with silver.
Agree, the colours work better than the silver black options, would love to have seen a green option, signal or viper green on a TI always thought the T was best in the flat more basic motorsport colours like red, white or yellow.

Picked up last week…..running in miles have begun but can tell it’s going to be a great car already. Looks better in the flesh with great presence ….. not too bad in photos though.

Python Green was the 992 launch colour for the T, until Porsche discontinued it. Ironically it's still on the Porsche website and in all their marketing materials for the T.Sold my 992 T back in September last year and bought a GTS - like others it was a bit stiff and then in January I bought a GT4 (again) which ironically is smoother than a 992 GTS. My question - any OPCs out there that still have T slots available? I'm assuming they are drying up due to 992.2 coming out later in the year. Thanks in advance!
You would need to speak with your OPC to check availability.
I was led to understand that the final cars are being built in the coming weeks - a mix of customer orders and dealer stock, but specs may now be frozen.
I left my 992 decision until very late. Had 911s for 30 yrs, but has taken me a while to warm to the 992.
Interestingly, had extended use of the GTS and T, and actually preferred the T.
Although both had the sports suspension, the T’s felt nicer - perhaps more in keeping with its character.
Would probably have chosen the T but, bizarrely, the only 992 model not available with pccbs, which I prefer for road use.
So, went for a manual S with the non-sport suspension (for the marginal comfort and ride height benefits, when in the UK).

A quick question as you both mention the T and GTS.I was led to understand that the final cars are being built in the coming weeks - a mix of customer orders and dealer stock, but specs may now be frozen.

Is the suspension on the GTS even stiffer than the T? I know they both have the -10, so thought they would be similar, but it sounds like the GTS is firmer again?
Blimey! Punchy price.. it’s even PDK + Glass Sunroof. 991 T £79,900

Hey, still running in and really impressed with car. One thing seems odd to me though…this is in a manual T.
When I have auto blip on with sports exhaust the noise sounds great-really throaty! But when I do it myself (which I prefer to do) it sounds way more muted even if I really stab the throttle. Still under 4K rpm so maybe as revs get higher will be less noticeable but those of you with manual Ts are yours the same?
When I drove the T at PEC is just blipped myself so never tried the auto blip. That sounded good from memory but was high up in revs.
Thanks -appreciate any experience people have.

Valve open for auto-blip.
Valve closed if you want control yourself. It’s like the throttle is in eco and very quiet.
I think it’s a noise regs thing, to stop people raving in neutral.
Much like the soft limiters we see these days too.
Thanks for the info. That’s a bit annoying. Wish there was a way to overcome this. I tried asking on Rennlist and someone suggested trying it in “individual mode” and to have the exhaust on and blip off. Will try that at weekend but pretty sure it didn’t work in sport (or normal) so not sure it will…..
