Porsche 911 - 997.1

So I bought a 997 a couple of years ago when all the bore scoring hype was still around and very much live.
Have to be honest and say that I do belive the hype and that the 997.1 engine can have issues more than one could reasonably expect, BUT and here is the but at the kind of money they are with the kinds of risks considered in perspective they are simply fantastic value.
I now use mine as a daily (100m round trip) as my diesel bmw dieded

And can safely say it's very good at it and I think not bad on petrol really.
I have done all the stuff, miller oil, low temperature sensor etc and not had any problems. I think I will buy another car as a daily but only for the change, the Porsche could do it all really. I also agree with the comments that a 997.2 feels much more non 911 like, all a bit too smooth ......

I enquired about the black 996 above and was told the following;
The car has had 6 former keepers, the last service stamp was 27/12/2012 on 60,704 mileage however another service was carried out on 1/07/2015 on 75,135 mileage with invoice from Hartech.
Here is an attachment of the work carried out at Hartech, service records seem a bit sparse, I am thinking it may not have been too well looked after from the previous owners hence needing the amount of work its had recently?
What are peoples thoughts on the above?

Sounds legit and the car has done more than 10k after the rebuild, so should be alright I think. If you can test-drive the car and see how it behaves during op. temperature it would give you a good idea. I still think though, 22k for a post 80k 996, even with rebuild engine is a bit too much?
The invoice shows only cylinder 6 been replaced with much better nikasil option though, they usually say this is the problematic part the rest are fine, but once its been stripped I think if all cylinders could be nikasil much better (and more expensive!!).. Not sure, if they finally convert the engine into "closed-deck" that's not included in the receipt, which might be done or not.

Without the engine re-build it would be over priced but I think it seems about right?
