991 Prices ???

Anyone got any first hand experience of current selling prices, I've been watching a few quite a while now & little seems to sell. S & non S PDK models seem to be advertised from 65 & 70K respectively, what sort of price would be fair to offer at this time of year?

Ended up buying a nice 18 month old 991S PDK for 69k, not a mega bargain but happy with the deal, lets hope I'm happy with he car!!
