Another £11k off that one making a £35,000 price reduction in a month and looking at the times that the sales manager implemented the price changes they are struggling to sleep thinking about it , maybe they need to find a partner to entertain themselves with in the early hours and help stabilise SRS prices .
It’s not someone pushing a button, it’s the algorithm of auto traders dynamic pricing deciding what price it should be at that particular time. Why do these threads end up being half about talking down values? Does the Porsche buyer of today care more about this than driving? I’m hoping for some break in the rain over the weekend and will get out and then share some more impressions. Glad to see the others on here out there and having a blast!

Not at all. As a serial Porsche buyer I would bloody love to buy one and trash the tits off it up hill and down dale. Make my own mind up if I liked it or not. I can justify one at list price and manage a normal level of depreciation, however that’s just not an option at the moment. Unfortunately I am an enthusiast but not a multimillionaire. My GT4 RS cost me over £30K over list just for the privilege of buying it new from my OPC. Just as well that when I decided I didn’t like it I got out of it at the right time. They are trading at or below list now, about a £100K drop in 18 months for flipped cars. Hopefully the SRS follows a similar trajectory and then I will buy one, either new of second hand. So yes values matter very very much to me.
Keep up the driving impressions though they are great, more the merrier.

pfff, thats more actions to be taken then I thought, no problem on a sunny day, but when it is starting to rain good, its the interior wet and you wet installing the roof...but thats not all, they not often mentioning that that roof is not for top speed say on the autobahn... safe to 150km/h or maybe 180km/h? forgot about that, so hm.
I also see that rear part you have to take out when taking the roof down? did not knew that, but I guess you can do without that? maybe then you can use the roof also for your autobahn high speed test? les wind to balloon and rip it of? or is such roof a no go anyway for say top speed runs?
but, love the car, would not mind to own one some day, maybe at that time they have a better/other roof sollution? its not always sunny, yeah I know I'm made of Sugar, such a sweet boy

Bit patronising from someone who is privileged to get to purchase every/most specials at list, and where obviously money is no object! What about us enthusiasts who only want the one car and don’t have the luxury of wealth and are forced to buy at overs?GT4P said:

No need to get personal. There are a lot of price posts. This place isn’t a crystal ball. I hope you get the car you want. By the way, if you knew me, you would not call me privileged. Like most, I work my arse off. And have bought plenty of cars over list. bigmowley said:

It’s not someone pushing a button, it’s the algorithm of auto traders dynamic pricing deciding what price it should be at that particular time.So if I want my car to be the best priced AI can tweak the price as soon a competitor car gets an enquiry so mine can be comparative.
It's a very, very clever system.
