Ferrari UK have stopped taking orders on the Cali T ahead of the announcement of the new Cali. Likely to be announced in September and "will look a lot like a smaller version of the 812 Superfast"

Paid my deposit (£20k) and put my name down for one. Can always get it back if it's a pig...

Anyone else got any further insights?

IIRC Harry Metcalfe did a review of the new model a few weeks ago - should be on his youtube channel (Harry's Garage). He seemed quite keen on it, saying it was a great improvement over the previous/current gen.

Hi,

No, that's just the Handling Special of the Cali T. It's the "old" T with a bit of stiffening and quickening.

The new Cali is all new (just as the Cali T was completely different from the Cali that launched in 2009. It will be 100% different and may even contain hybrid tech.

For uk cars first gen Cali was 2009-2014 and debut was Paris 2008

T was Autumn 2014 to now and debut was Geneva March 14

Not clear to me whether they have stopped production already or stopped taking new orders

So yes it's a little shorter but still 3-4 years

I hope the new one looks good

Yeah that is stunning!

Mental that 592 is now the least HP you can get from Ferrari (I think...)

Quite a goodlooking Summer car. The smiley face is a bit much, though. It will probably get labelled in time as a woman's Ferrari.

Wow, that's one cheesy grin, but apart from that I quite like it

I had a feeling you would!

Got to say it looks better than the 488 to my eyes, so in the metal its going to be a proper looker.

I've been invited to the launch by Ferrari at Portofino. Fly out from Manchester to Milan on the morning of the 7th September and return the following day. Very much looking forward to it and I have to admit I like the look of it
