Your car is lovely, but when you're smart enough to succeed to buy one of these cars, you ought to know that no amount of inidivudally talking it up on the forums is going to affect values (with respect, I'm not sure anything discussed on pistonheads affects real values and most real collectors are not forum chatters) If you go into any Gallardo now, you expect to lose £10-20k over a year as the top of the market has been aw mess. In the grand scheme of things though - who cares? Owners of stradales going up are talking a lot about values and the appreciation is great, but no one is getting rich off of these cars. Look at the 288GTO over the last year though or those who buying into F40s now the US market is opening up to international cars - *these* are the cars to make some money on if you wish to speculate.
