Since the ability to change skin was re-instated, it all seems to be working fine for me - even GTI.

Further issues that haven't been reported in OP.

Android galaxy mini 3.
Does not allow zooming to get a closer look at an area of the screen.
OP states that my stuff updated threads takes you last viewed page is fixed. That is not correct. Still borked. Repeat the same screen in What's new works fine!!!!!!

Ipad2? (retina)
Most of issues covered in OP and by others, eg posts covering ads, column hheaders offset to right.

Screen generally looks like laptop view but...
Any attempt to zoom dumps you straight into mobile view, at which point all attempts at further navigation are fruitless and you have to click the go back arrow.

Jesus this is a disaster. As above attempted to zoom in on iPad in Landscape and instantly got mobile view, partially zoomed in and couldn't see the whole screen. Couldn't zoom out and had to scroll around the screen.

And the Audi ad is covering half my post in Landscape too! Does anyone QA this stuff AT ALL?

Yep in a post with a quote the quoted post covers the ad,but the ad covers the post followings they quote.

Plus trying to click on a link seems difficult compared to classic. It's almost as if classic snaps your finger tap onto the nearest target, but with GTI you *have* to hit it spot on.

GTI looks really good on my Mac now, much better than it did in IE on my work laptop a couple of hours ago. Has there been another release, or it is just the different browser/screen size?

The team have been working hard behind the scenes to fix the issues still outstanding from the OP.

We have not been able to implement a fix to the issues in time to not worry that we will be introducing more problems from those fixes. Thus before a weekend it is safer to not release anything new.

Mobile Beta is now unsupported, and we will release the fixes to make GTI work over the early part of next week.

We obviously want to work with all those on tablets that are having issues, and for the moment Big Blue will work on tablet till we get the fixes out. I will give anyone who wants it, access to our pre-prod environments so that they can test things before they get released - PM me.

All switching between skins is now back, so if you want to try out the new skin you can.

I am away this weekend rallying in Yorkshire, so won't be updating further till Monday morning... maybe one of my colleagues might

GTI seems to work fine for me now. Most browsing is iPad mini, switching between portrait and landscape works just as it did before. I do have ad block though.
