I'd guess he's logged on from two different computers. On one he's forgotten to have the capital at the front.

You can change your own profile at will, as long as nobody else already has it currently.

Usernames aren't case sensitive, so I can login as UnClEdAvE if I wanted to as far as I know..

The 964TOM who posted 'Too Late Matey' just changed his username to that, then back again.. He is really user 'F C B P'

So there should only be one 964TOM
