Login problems

I tried to log in with my usual account (martin84) yesterday and was told my password is invalid, I requested a change and was emailed a new one which still doesn't work. I've tried emailing support which maybe didn't get through so I thought I'd post here for help instead.

I can use this new account if the glitch can't be fixed but any help would be appreciated.
