I was about to post saying the same thing but was beaten to it. This has been going on for a month or so now, any ideas?

I have made a couple of mails through the system recently that have not got through (but have made many that have too).

Unfortunately I think it's due to increasingly overzealous spam filters rejecting our mails.

I'm working on a couple of solutions.

Is it because you "forge" the from: field to be the senders email address and the domains don't match with the the smtp server so spam filters think it is spam.

Could you set the from: to some account @pistonheads.com (an account that replies will just get binned), but set the Reply-To: field to be the senders email?

Possibly. I've looked at the configuration a couple of times and thought I'd got this correct but I will look again.

Ok, we have identified one major issue to do with moving our mail server last week. That's probably responsible for the problems encountered in the last few days. It'll take 24 hours to fully resolve itself.
