Can we not have one of these instead of the Sean Connery Joke thread?

Could do. Any reason why the SCJ thread doesn't work for you?

Yeah, but for anyone not knowing about the SCJ thread may not look 4 or 5 pages back??

A joke forum would be dead imho.

I know I wouldn't be bothered to visit it regularly, but I do occassionally pop into the SC thread when it's bumped back up and I see it.

Only takes one thread posting of a joke for a "batch" of new folk to discover the existence of the SC thread anyway.

As said before I get fed up looking for it..... And as for not being used, I believe the original thread got to over 100 pages long and the new one is at 12 pages in less than a month.

I didn't say the SC thread wasn't used, far from it. But that's in part due to the heavy traffic already in P&P. A separate joke forum wouldn't receive nearly as much, in my opinion.
