Could there not be authoritative 'stickies' on the 'Speeding, Plod & the Law' Forum for:

NIPs

Mobile 'phone law

SPECs on the M4

Following the various threads is confusing and likely to lead to multiple postings ... which confuses more.

sticky refers to threads which always appear at the top of the first page in a forum. They tend to really annoy people after a while - because they see them all the time when looking for new threads.

Much better to have them as standalone links.

Making a useful thread an FAQ is best, you just go to THIS FORUM/SHOW FAQ's on the menu.
