"People who claim fianace is better simply cannot afford to buy the car outright, it actually makes no sense, to get more than £250 finance on a car is not easy, you need to have assets or provide a personal guarantee so is possible. It only really makes sense if you have more than 20 times the value of the car in the bank earning interest that covers your repayment. most people are not in this position and no one likes to admit they cannot afford a car that they drive..."

Leave 5 million in bank account then go out and buy Lambo on finance? How would it 'make sense' to borrow at double the rate of your savings interest ?

Serious question maybe for an accountant, I realise business assets often get leased for tax reasons.
interestingly it does make sense, if you cant see it then this is why you have this attitude and cannot afford a lambo.
TP321 has a cheapa aventador, he has a thread about his clutch, read that, ask him if he is a multi millionaire.
If the interest you earn covers your loan's and you can write off the amounts say in a company then it does make sense.
Some people have a lot more than £5mill in the bank.
In any case if the amount you earn in interest covers any loan repayments it does make sense. i'm yet to get to that level and never will.
There is nothing that you have said worth anything.

TT12 I can't be bothered to quote any more of your garbage, but I assure you that rare vehicles often do change hands not openly advertised, privacy for the vendor also allows the buyer(s) to keep the price paid confidential.

Do you seriously think that every super exotic sold by a dealer gets automatically listed on the open market first, complete with a price on the windscreen ?

Property at the top end of the market often gets sold unadvertised, the super rich don't want a 'for sale' board on their house and all the pics on rightmove, but if you have genuine 30 million plus to drop then you can find out what is for sale.

From my own limited experience here, buying a supercar isn't always easy, even when you have the cash waiting.

Even if you are serious here I don't think you'll be taken seriously.

as if you would know. if dealers were not confidential they would not get business.
These people certainly are not sitting on this forum or any other, especially the way people jump on someone wanting to buy am aventador.
you think they are going to sit on a forum and 'select' people then PM them to sell them a supercar. that is incredible stupidity, please don't change.
you people lie so much then wonder why life hasn't worked out for you with your attitude.

Wrong, again. You want to be massaged for info, think you know it all because you claim to own an aventador but cant even afford to replace the clutch. Can't read and don't understand anything at all. You must be the poorest aventador owner in the world. The way you maintain your car no one would want to buy it if they knew the truth. Your only contribution was nonsense about a roadster and a roofbox, it was clear from this that you have no idea what you are talking about. The jealousy is so strong everything you do and say is wrong. If you don't have the money to get it fixed from a reputable place and not at the cheapest price then you shouldn't own one.
You are confusing me with someone else. - the clutch on my Aventador S Roadster has never required replacing. The day dreaming is confusing you biggrin
Nope, did this on purpose.
Took you a while as i stated this a couple of times before, your not reading, just commenting nonsense and apparently own an aventador but have both provided little to nothing constructive, even as 'owners', kerniki stated cruise control was not available on early cars but standard or option, then someone else said it is not available. just dont answer or say you dont know. because most dont really know the answers they just want to claim i am lying or provoking something when clearly so many others have. You read it to suit yourself, even saying I wont be taken seriously when i only have this issue here as you did with batman. you dont like my questions but kerniki starts a thread about his clutch asking for recommendations which makes little sense when this info is available on google and am surprised he would not already know when it is expected. I know exactly where i will take my aventador if there are any issues. I wouldn't shop around for price but for professional work and a known place to help resale. I could help you both with recommendations, none are cheap but well known. kerniki even states 'Even though 10k is easy to come by for me' and gives excuses when its an aventador. it's actually easy to do when you have the money and dont mind spending it. im only answering and clearly you are all getting upset so trying to say im upset when most of what people have written is a poor attempt at provoking me. I do not believe you own the cars you claim at all. i now see most are cheapskates and liars. look at the garbage tyrell crap said.
if i dont respond you will say its proof im a liar, if i do, you say im upset (im buying an aventador, im far from upset, this is funny) even if i posted pics you would call me a liar. i hope the aventador handles the twists and turns this well.

Had to quote that one hehe

glad you havent given up tiger, was a bit worried they’d scared you off for a minute thumbup
He totally misunderstands much of what is written here as lies then misquotes it.

I was actually defending him and his right to ownership as in it is ok not to be an expert here, comparing top end Rolex bought by rich newbies with little product knowledge for example.

As for customers being 'selected' to buy a car, yes all the time top models reserved only for vip or regulars with an extensive buying history, likewise with Rolex hence the grey market .

Seems like a very rare car to start with even before the spec is decided, could take months just to find one suitable hence reaching out to the trade as a serious buyer and not antagonising other enthusiasts.

This Andrew Tate style ranting about how rich and clever he is not a good look either and comes across as seriously unhinged.

Something that seems to define supercar owners here is articulate and concise postings with strong writing and comprehension skills...

yeah, maybe i dont get you, but a lot of what people have said is utter rubbish.
thanks for the andrew tate compliment, many of you should take note. if this means i'm unhinged what does it say about you?
some people learn they are right about most things which takes time and learning others just think they are alway right when they are wrong.
only in the last 10 years i realised I was more right than wrong.

Interestingly, cars have come down a fair bit in the last 2 weeks alone. I have seen £10k - £30k on quite a few cars and one that was £80k down but that was over a few months. As I said there is some adjustment from the short supply which lead to prices going up to over supply (in some cases) and now prices coming back down. They do seem to be coming back down to what they should be and may come down more over the next few months when the next reg comes out. I'm really happy and excited to see what will happen, some aventadors are down £10k, if they come down another £10k great.

I was trying to (as you were) cut him some slack due to english obviously not being his first language, its not easy trying to ascertain the tone and nuances of a foreign language when its not your own and english is one of the hardest!

But i think its more than that, if you dont understand then you tread carefully and ask for clarification, you dont jump to wrong conclusions when people are in fact trying to help, and then be rude with your responses because you’re frustrated.

Its most likely he’s just a very angry individual anyway who cant deal with the patience needed to understand the answers to questions he cant get elsewhere in his mother land, wherever that may be.

I think you’re right that most healthy discussions on supercars tend to be around more english literate / educated. (Yes i know my punctuation, spelling a grammar are lazy, thank you peeps smile )

Watching someone trying to communicate while they are that frustrated is very interesting, also quite funny but also a little sad if i’m honest, think i’ve reached the end of my amusement though, starts to border on bullying otherwise, so thread is closed now ,as far as i’m concerned.

Thanks Tiger smile
Not much of what you say actually makes sense. Before you were saying that english is not the first language of TP321 but now you seem to be saying this about me? English is my first language, as you can see most of my spelling is correct. English as a first language does not seem to be the issue when he only needed to read coupe and he has a roadster, so would know the difference between the two.

I'm far from angry despite you repeatedly trying to claim so and failing miserably. I'm buying an aventador so very happy, more so than any car purchase i've made. it is you that are not happy, have made false assumptions and claims repeatedly. As I have not bitten, you are more upset and trying harder to confuse things and make things worse when you have not provided advice or even been right about things you have said. then claim I am bullying when it is not the case at all, quite the opposite.

If you dont get it why continue? Oh, you just want to make things worse for no reason. I do get it then.
You say this thread is closed as far as you are concerned but have said this before. Like i said it is easier to not reply, but you continue to read the thread and reply for an obvious reason. you cannot pretend to be intelliegent and not understand at the same time.
It is clear who is angry when you have to lie and twist things. All I have done is defend myself after you became rude knowing others would do the same.
Most people who have responded dont even own an aventador, even advice from different models is not as relevant as aventador owners.

Looks like a lot of people will be waiting for some time and just cannot stop making themselves look silly for obvious reasons.
Shame but only reflects on the type of person you are. Ignorant of the insults you make and lack of your knowledge.

So many of you claim to own cars you don't have at all. Then claim someone asking about a car is not buying says a lot.

Found some very good information elsewhere which shows the lack of knowledge many of you have and this was from the start of my post.
It seems rather than say nothing or that you don't know or provide the info you do, you throw insults instead.
It is very sad when you do this on purpose making false claims that I am not happy when I am making the best car purchase I have ever made. Most people commenting cant even afford this car which also reflects on the attitude of people that don't have much money when it is a fact that people that do have money are very nice, kind and helpful in comparision to those that dont. Then wonder why you cant afford such a car, just look at your attitude. Thanks for confirming this. It's a great reminder of the extreme jealousy that will come. These are all known insults by anyone who has done well.

I understand I will never win with a lot of you, if i dont post or if I do!
You could have easily waited and asked me to post pics, but instead insult so no one in my position would post pics!
Not sure what else i need to say. I'm buying the car when I find the right one and thats that. It's not like any of you will ever know and you have been sure to cause this yourself. Make sure you stay anonymous!
