No more new Aventadors!

Hello all! It's about ten years since I last posted

I've had my eye on getting an Aventador for some time! (Currently have a Cali, an AMV8 and a couple of AMGs, but this will be my FIRST EVER V12!))

I'm _almost_ ready so I visited Lamborghini Sevenoaks and discovered that no more standard Coupes or Roadsters are being manufactured. There's a facelift coming in 2017, and there are no Pirellis or SVs available either.

If you have the time to help, I have two quick questions... Is it worth waiting for a dealer to find the exact car I want (nearly new roadster) or should I go private? Is it worth asking an official dealer to buy from a private seller on my behalf to make it 'approved'?

Secondly, should I hold out for a 'collectable' such as a Pirelli or a 50th? Are they _really_ likely to go up in value/depreciate much more slowly?

Thanks for your comments guys. I've never bought a car at this level before (my California was £153k, bought straight from Lancaster Colchester, so it was a super easy sale.), so I'm a bit nervous!
