Does anyone know the story behind the above car or if it still exists on new plates?

It could have been delivered to Aberdeen originally, or at least lived there for a time.

Is this a blue car?

Have a funny feeling I saw it last night on a new Discovery programme called Turbo Pickers - two guys who buy an old car, do up and sell on. Anyway last night's programme saw them looking for an old Jag XJS. They went to an XJS specialist/graveyard and in the background of one of the shots was a blue Espada but didn't get a great look at the plate but definitely looked like WSA 302L. Sorry but I can't recall who the XJS specialist firm was.

I'm guessing the programme is reasonably recent (may be last Summer). Try and catch a repeat showing of the programme. If not I have it on planner and may catch the name if I look again.

Cheers
SS

Apologies. Just re-watched the programme and the car reg ends in 317L. The plate looks like it starts WSM but even with HD it wasn't easy to see.

Oh well...
