Bloody hell Nijius! What the Fr*ck...you bought a 12c as well???
Thats it....im debugging my house of microphones!
When you get it, im expecting a detailed report on the AM section.
Was looking for a 12C myself but some other tw*t picked it up before I got a chance....
Enjoy in good health!

Apparently there is plenty out there for everyone ?????
Been busy, busy and will reply properly to everyone... Especially Brakke...
If everything works out I'll pick it up this week. The big surprise for the Aston forum was to be that I'd put a deposit down on a Vanquish AS WELL. But alas unforseen circumstances means I'll only be getting the Mclaren now.
Still, 12c AND V12 Vantage.... Mama Mia.
Oh and am gonna put a deposit on the DB11 as well.... I've lost the plot!!! I need help...

Sadly no. The Virage is a beautiful car. Loved the experience. Just the rear seats became a bit unusable as my kids grew about 3 feet taller in the 3 years I had it. The orange one at Burghley was lovely...day dreams...
That Brum car looks very nice. The guys up there are very helpful.
When do you collect it?
Hi mate, It's gonna be Saturday. If you're around come down: my friend with a GT3 is coming up with me and I'm gonna get in touch with a fellow V12 Vantage owner who lives near the garage. Could be a cool drive! That Brum car looks very nice. The guys up there are very helpful.

Yep agree with the dealer: very friendly and laid back.

Sweet. Lovely spec car at bargain price there.
Thank you my friend. It's got more carbon fibre options than I've ever seen: the dealer told me the original guy paid £220k for it....can't beat it for value for a McLaren approved car with 13k miles. It's the one that has the brown leather interior but thankfully the photos look MUCH WORSE than real life - even the dealer admitted it was so hard to photograph without it coming out excessively brown.
Also Rambo, I know you're the most prolific of the McLaren forum posters...do you actually go to events? Really curious what the REAL Rambo is like when out of the forum...

You can talk Brakke - didn't you just take advantage of Brexit based low Sterling to get that LHD Ferrari from the UK?! Was it a 456 by the way? Isn't the V12V Roadster enough for you??
Amazingly enough the 12c I enquired about was actually "sold" but the guy lied about his part exchange car condition so they phoned me up when it fell through. Lucky. (Not for you though!)
Don't worry full report in the Aston Martin forum comparing my two cars, like always, coming soon. By the way I'll give you a head start: I'll be looking at a DB11 and then hopefully an Aventador (one of my dream cars) next year....

Congratulations Nijius ,look forward to some pictures.
I hope you are keeping the V12V though.
Mate I completely forgot you have a Carbon Black edition V12V like myself. Very good taste, sir! I hope you are keeping the V12V though.
Plenty of photos to come, don't you worry. By the way were you at Burghley? I met so many Aston PH members there, who either came up to my car and asked if I was Nijius Maximus or I was introduced to, but you and northernmedia seemed to be the two names I missed out on.

Living in a South west outpost, most of the events are so far away I doubt I could afford the petrol bill at my current mpg .
Trying to use the car more and go further afield but its usually the time that's my biggest restraint.
Was tempted to go along to the wales driving event but it would of been nice to have been south wales rather than mid/north.
Devon & Cornwall also has some amazing roads if anyone wants to come down this neck of the woods

So that's why you post so much...you've got no one to drive with...haha Trying to use the car more and go further afield but its usually the time that's my biggest restraint.

I've got the friend with the GT3 who lives in Bath - I'm sure at some point it'd be possible to meet up somewhere that's not too far from you. A 650s, a 12c and a GT3...could be epic...

Yeah definitely not the best colour for a McLaren but having said that as they are so rare and it makes a good contrast to any carbon or diamond cut wheels and red calipers for example its growing on me although I would still not buy it. If that makes sense.
I turned down a lovely specced pearlescent silver new 650s spider in favour of my volcano red car and the price difference was about £5k when you compared the cars like for like.
It also has IRIS I sat nav.
Probably been offered £100k as p/x and dealer will put it up for £115k

Personally I wouldn't get too hung up on the silver.......whilst not the best colour it is unquestionable better than white on a Mclaren imo. GT3 up to £140k and RS up to £240k sell well in silver although admittedly GT silver more attractive. Albeit darker Grigio on a 458 desirable.
If that car is original and max 2 owners it is good value at likely early £90ks buying price.

I would buy it in pink at £90k and he has probably been offered more than that in p/x.If that car is original and max 2 owners it is good value at likely early £90ks buying price.
Retail its got to be £110k despite the colour
