This is pistonheads not electricheads. These cars don't belong on a motoring website.
Change is inevitable, mate. Stop living with your back to the future. The only way to cope with it is to embrace it.off_again said:

I tested one of these at the weekend, AMG line not the Premium; have to say I was very impressed and it didn't take me long to forget it was an electric car I was in. Also tested the Polestar 2 on Friday - that was an enjoyable drive but it felt claustrophobic inside the cabin. Longnose said:
Me neither, apparently from the Czech Republic and starting from €40000+vat and delivery, 264bhp, 815kg, 300km range:https://mwmotors.cz/luka-ev/
I’d love a fully EV, just no access to charge at home
Currently on my second hybrid. Hyundai ioniq 1st edition.
Previously had a Toyota Yaris hybrid with a 1.5 litre thingmy and cvt gearbox.
Over three years and 7000 miles it averaged at 61mpg. Granted 90% of it journeys were fairly short. Few miles nipping round the shops or carting the dogs places.
The Hyundai is so far achieving similar MPG figures, but its only a few months old now. Expecting it to get better when the batteries have settled in (going through a winter). Plenty of toys. Semi autonomous, radar cruise and lane assist.
For fun days can’t beat getting the boosted mx5 out though.
