Route to Le-Mans Rouen
Discussion
Came the the Yvetot way today and it's all good. Once back on the A28 the sat nab corrected itself it reckons there was nothing in it against the usual Rouen route. I managed to go right through the middle of Yvetot itself (looked quite a nice town) so if you do that at the wrong time it might slow you down a touch. Very picturesque though and you go over a really nice bridge over the Seine

Thanks for the update Dave, glad the route got you there okay. We should be docking in Calais at around 9 Weds morning, so that would be lunchtime at Yvetot, is the ring road around it easy to find ?I did the same yesterday. Just pointed the sat nav at Yvetot city centre, as soon as I went through the toll booths about 2 miles from destination I pulled over and set the sat nav to Bourg Achard, again a couple of miles before you get there it turns you back onto the A28.
Very easy journey, only problem I had was having to divert a few miles off the A28 for some reason as they had closed it. Only lost me 15 minutes or so, mainly because there was a bit of a queue at the ticket booth to get back on further down!
I came through Yvetot etc. at about 5pm and had no traffic issues.
