Hi E36GUY,

we are considering a full wrap for our le mans trip this year.
Would you mind letting me know how much you have paid for your job? Just an orientation would be good enough for a start...
Cheers

it all depends on what you have (printed or single colour) and what material you have used. Unfortunately I can't advise on the cost as I got mine done as a favour. Our man at www.mintsigns.co.uk could advise.

Guy - Is your car orange in the last picture or is the whole picture a shade of orange wink?

It'll be my fourth year coming but my first year driving. So for the first time, I'll be stickering up a car.

Not quite sure on what to do, I did think it looked quite cool as a Caterham fast response police car but I've since thought it would be a bit too close to the line. Shame as I quite liked it.

So now I need a new theme for;

A: The Car.

B: The fridge, last years freezer for inspiration:

Hi GB Man,
I like the idea. I am going this year to Le mans with the Caterham too, have already ordered some stickers but would be happy to team up as caterhams interceptors biggrin

Are you departing from Portsmouth? Being local I am regularly in Goodwood and saw your car a couple of times...

I'm going Dover - Dunkerque on Wednesday mid-morning.

I'll look out for your car. What stickers have you ordered?

Went so far for the some of the "hollographics.com" generic le mans stickers.
Will leave Thursday AM from Porthsmouth to Caen. I am sure I ll see you in Goodwood before that...

I got my mate over at Ambient Graphics designing a decal for the car, gonna go with the Gulf colours against the estoril blue of the Z3m

If anyone needs any stickers / Decals can highly recommend Mark at Ambient Graphics.

www.ambient-graphics.com - he is based in Cambridge

Hi guys,
Driving down from Cheltenham in my Alfa - might go with an alfa racing theme or failing that a generic Le Mans theme. My first time stickering up too - any advice as to which ones to avoid? I don;t want to end up taking all the paint off when they are removed! It is already 'window' stickered to the Max with PH and Alfa club stickers too biggrin

If you heat your stickers thoroughly with a hot hairdryer then gently peel them back they should come away just fine. If your paint is in bad condition then don't bother in the first place. I guess there is always a risk but many of us here on PH do it every year without problems

Cheers I'll do that then when the time comes. Just ordered my stickers from hollographics, so looking forward to their seamless application (one hopes...). Just a thought tho, will having stickered up cars attract the rozzers? Not that i'll be driving irresponsibly of course...biggrin

I subjected my Vette to this over two years ago. 20,000 miles and two Le Mans later and never pulled on either side of the Channel. No idea why................

I wondered how long it would be before Rich pulled out his big dog! I assume we'll be seeing it there again this year? Catch up with you at the CBW no doubt.

Okay, it's the 12 Hours Of Sebring and not Le Mans, but here's mine from two weekends ago:
