We'll have a fun convoy of
My Aston V12 Vantage Roadster
Aston V12 Vantage coupe
Aston Vanquish coupe ('gen 2')
Ferrari 458 Spider
Porsche Carrera GT
Mercedes SLS
Lambo Murcielago SV

We are leaving by Eurotunnel on Thursday morning on the 9.36am crossing. We're a friendly bunch so feel free to say hi and have a nosey if you bump into us

Meeting up with an LP560/4 Superleggera and a V10 R8 Spider nearer our accommodation who are making their way via Ferry from the South Coast - should make for some interesting noises in the tunnels once we are all together !

I got this for Le Mans this year. Nothing special.

Just a 2.0l Subaru Legacy AWD.

Will do me fine.

Loving the exotics people are taking however.

I may be on the same train, look out for a little red rusty Frogeye. Last year I was on my own in a carriage designed for coaches!

I'll be on the same train, black 964 with a noisy exhaust, do you mind if I tag along if I see you?

Of course not ! We will be meeting in the general car park but then as per Gary below, some of us will be on the coach carriage & some on the regular carriage. If you book as a high vehicle, you get put on the coach ones which are significantly wider and some of our group don't like worrying about scratching their alloys.....

Personally I've never had a problem but I admit you do have to concentrate driving down the regular carriage

Hope to see you both there - I love the atmosphere at Folkstone around the eurotunnel during LM24 week !

Probably the best selection of cars you could possibly want for a Le Mans trip! Don't mind if I take your v12 vantage roadster on to the south of France on Monday do you... Huh not that friendly wink

Enjoy as that's what most people's dreams are made off

Christ!

We are on the 10.20 tunnel so you never know we may cross paths! Here's hoping with that lot.

Mostly my 993 this year on the team langoustine site... Will be great to see everyone, just got to decide on sticker options... I'm thinking possible rothmans gold writing and keeping it simple, it's already a great looking motor :-)

Can't wait!
Nice - waveywavey If we see each other.

Looking forward to it turbo-ww :-)

Trust me, I know how lucky I am ! It'll be our 5th year together at LM as a group and it doesn't get much better...........apart from when we do our Biennial Alpine tour ! :-)

And yes, aren't I a miserable bd for not letting you take it down to the coast !!!

I'm guessing we'll be leaving the main car park to board from around 9ish

We always hire a chateau typically a 20-30 minute drive from the circuit, although it's a different one to last year so I've no pics

Thanks for all the enthusiasm & comments on here - hope it doesn't look like showing off on our part - we are as excited as everyone else ! Always get a buzz driving into the very first bit of the main Eurotunnel car park during LM week and looking out for all the other cars....

Exactly the same here, this will be my 6th trip (maybe 7th can never remember) and driving into that car park early in the morning, it gets your hairs on end. Very excited, taking my mate down for his first trip, he's going to love it. Hopefully see you there, cheers Darren.
