Does anyone know the answer to the following:

1) does Radio Le Mans broadcast a digital signal?

2) (if digital) is it possible to pick up on a suitably equipped mobile phone?

Thanks in advance.

Last year it was on FM and via the net. They did say that for this year they would be on the Sky digibox.

I was looking at the Radio Le Mans advert in Motorsport last night and don't recall seeing anything about it

They did mention it, honest!

I haven't seen anything about it, but they were saying that all of us in the UK listening via the web wouldn't have to next year (this year) because they'd be on the Sky satellite. Perhaps as part of one of those multi channel stations?

I will be at Le Mans, so was asking with a view of what type of radio to take.

I get fed up with the analogue signal drifting all the time (probably does not help having a cheap as chips radio).

The only problem with Radio Le Mans is Alan Hyde's record collection!

So will I. I assume they will be broadcasting a digital signal at the circuit? So the Portable DAB unit I posted above should be just the trick.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but the only transmissions for RLM are FM, Sky & Internet. No Digital Radio.
