Hippodrome campsite info please!

Gutted to have missed out on a Tertre Rouge camping pitch but I’ve been allocated a spot at Hippodrome instead. Anyone have any experience of this site? Are there any electric hook ups? Is it a secure site? As it’s outside the circuit I assume you can’t take beer in? Toilets and showers? Any tips welcome!

People on the 40m2 pitches round the edge connected up to some generators don't think they were meant to but did. 30m2 the parking was very near the pitches. We liked how it was out the way so more secure. Didn't get stopped for alcohol or anything. The toilets and showers were very clean which was nice.
Ah, so if you didn’t get stopped for alcohol do you enter via a dedicated Hippodrome entrance? ie at Tertre Rouge you are already inside the circuit (so they don’t check your bag for booze) and you just get a red label as you leave the campsite which you hand back in when you go back into the campsite. Is Hippodrome the same, or do you still have to enter the circuit via a public entrance every time? The public ones are where they seem red hot on alcohol.
