Saw that I while ago, I only mentioned the G2L as I'd noticed they'd come back on.

Anybody got any prices on a 320i or 328i M Sport?
Seems to be the best deal:

http://www.ukcarline.co.uk/car-leasing/bmw/3-serie...

You could practically get a Fiesta ST with the saving.

You then have to stick on Welshbeef's must have pro nav on that!

ETA that link is 12 up front payments yikes 6 is £412.15 per month, is Welshbeef seriously suggesting that's a better deal than. Tilsun's 330d, he's only ever been a fool.

Lol no you know exactly what I mean but as per norm you twist the statement.

Diesel for 8k a year isn't a smart move no one would advise an individual to do so - if however the lease deal is so cheap and you care not for future owners of said car with DOF issues low MPg with the 8k miles fair enough.

Take them both for a couple of months if you really want that car.

cheaper monthly and better mileage 6+23
But it's not got xdrive or m-sport plus.

Re: pro nav

I ended up sticking pro nav on the lease for £27 a month more. It's just something I don't mine paying £7 a week for.

It's a cracking deal if you want a new family car, that can also do tip runs, and can take the bikes in the back if needed.

8k miles go for the 328i or 335i instead.
Since no one is going to lease you a 335i at a price remotely close to the lease cost of a 330d, how on earth is this relevant?

I think also manufacturers aren't just building cars for stock anymore, but building to order - it seems even run of the mill cars have at least 4-6 weeks lead time.

Of course, you'll get some very base models that are still in plentiful supply, but I think when they've gone it'll be back to long lead times even for those.

Therefore no cars in stock = no great deals.
Funny you should say that. I started on Monday as Business Development Manager for a Car Dealer Group with 5 brands.

In my 1st Management Meeting the General Sales Manager for one brand was saying he was struggling to get hold of stock. The Brand in question was Ford and the car in question, the Focus!

Now I'd have never thought in a million years that I'd have heard that said.

Heavily manufacturer support I'd imagine, BMW deals left and right. Weird, as they were always stupidly more expensive than anything else until the last 2-3 years. I remember looking at a 520d Sport a while ago and i think it came out at about £600pcm. They do have a lot of fugly models these days though, which I imagine are not selling quite as well as they'd hoped. Their line-up is crazy big now too.
